Its simplicity and user-friendliness make it a trendsetter. Available in white & orange. The "original mandolin" par excellence. Consists of the V-blade, insertion plate for thick and thin slices, 7 mm plate, 3.5 mm plate and the protective cover.
The storage system and Docking Station are also included in the same color.
It is possible to order the 10mm sliding plate as an extra, for real, thick "Belgian fries" .
