The new Vital kitchen mandolin from Börner is a further development of the V5 PowerLine. With the cutting insert you can cut slices in four different thicknesses, from wafer-thin slices for a delicious vegetable carpaccio to thick slices for tasty casseroles.
In the highest position, the cutting insert also functions as a safety insert, protecting your fingers and the blades when storing the mandolin. What makes the Börner Vital kitchen mandolin really special is the innovative marinating roller. This allows you to marinate your salad while cutting, so that the salad and dressing fall into the bowl at the same time. This not only saves time, but thanks to the new technology, exactly the right amount of dressing is applied.
