The innovative mandolin with dressing function
The Vital is the further development of the Börner V5 mandoline. Thanks to the innovative marinating roller, the Vital multifunctional grater not only makes it possible to cut slices in four different thicknesses, but it can also provide the vegetables with dressing at the same time. This way, the ready-made salad, including the optimum amount of dressing, ends up directly in the bowl. The extra time saving and the perfectly dosed amount of dressing make the Vital mandoline a real all-rounder.
The operation of the multifunctional grater is very easy thanks to the adjustable cutting thicknesses. To add dressing, fill the designated cartridge with dressing, close it and start grating! For example, make a delicious cucumber salad or a tasty carpaccio of tomatoes or beetroot.
An additional improvement to the handle, thanks to the rubber coating, ensures even more comfortable operation.
