Make your delicious noodles yourself. Flat noodles, band noodles, spaghetti, croquettes and many other shapes. No problem with noodle fairy.
For the dough you need: flour, eggs and/or water, little oil and salt.
You are free to add other herbs according to your own taste and needs.
A recipe booklet is included. Spoon the dough into the container and let it soak in boiling water while turning. Clean in running water after use.
